Check out time is 12:00 noon.
No refunds for early departures.
Reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of your first night site or house rental rate.
Deposit will be applied to your stay and is non-refundable unless cacellation is made
at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance must be paid upon arrival.
Site and house rental rates are subject to a
Plumas County Transient Occupancy Tax of 9%.
Customers who stay 30 days or less are subject to this tax.
